e-Consultation Service

The e-Consultation service takes your public consultations online, managing the entire process from document publication to public examination. It is the only consultation system to have been developed live with a Local Planning Authority.

e-Consultation - Programme Officer Module (optional)

Provides tools to assist the Programme Officer to effectively manage the public examination process of consultation documents.

The Programme Officer module provides tools for the Programme Officer to manage the examination process for consultation documents. It includes features to:

• Create and maintain examination issues (main matters)
• Assign representations to examination issues
• Schedule one or more exam sessions for an issue
• Graphically manage the examination schedule including timeslots, venues, respondents, other attendees and supporting documents
• Manage the receipt of Proofs of Evidence and council responses
